Open House

- Westhill Institute welcomes you to join us for teacher presentations on September 22 from 8 am to 12 noon. Parents will follow their child’s schedule. Each period will last fifteen minutes in order for the teacher to present information about the content and management of the class. Any questions about individual students should be addressed at a teacher-parent meeting. These meetings require an appointment. For an appointment please call Elizabeth at 5292 6627.

Advising and Clubs

- Student advising and clubs will start the week of Monday, September 27th. Advising allows students to be informed of activities going on in the school. Club period is an opportunity for students to select an activity of interest which they will participate in every Wednesday.

Student Elections

- There will be an assembly on September 23rd for the elections. The last day to enter the race is Monday the 20th. The election will take place September 24 in 8th period.

Academic Program Agreement

Please fill out and sign the attached document that defines the program you want your child enrolled in. Please remember the U.S. program is designed for students whom will be attending a university outside of Mexico and have not studied in Mexico. While the international program leads to both U.S. and Mexican diplomas.

Open House “Casa Abierta”

-Westhill Institute le invita a unirsenos para las presentaciones de los profesores el 22 de Septiembre de 8 am a las 12 de la tarde. Los padres seguirán los horarios de sus hijos. Cada período durará quince minutos para que así los profesores presenten información acerca del contenido y manejo de la clase. Cualquier pregunta individual sobre los estudiantes deberá ser realizada en una junta de padre-maestro. Estas juntas requieren cita. Para una cita llame a Elizabeth al 5292 6627.

Advisee y Clubs

-Advisee y clubs empezarán la semana del Lunes 27 de Septiembre. Advisee ayuda a los estudiantes a estar informados sobre actividades que están pasando en la escuela. Club es un periodo que le da a los estudiantes la oportunidad de elegir una actividad que les interese y en la que participarán cada Miércoles.

Elecciones Estudiantiles

-Va a haber una asamblea el 23 de Septiembre para elecciones. El último día para entrar como candidato es el Lunes 20. Las elecciones se llevarán a cabo el 24 de Septiembre en el octavo periodo.

Por favor llene y firme el documento que viene adjunto con el weekly que define el programa en el que usted quiere inscribir a su hijo. Por favor recuerde que el U.S Program está diseñado para estudiantes que van a estudiar en una universidad fuera de Mexico y no han estudiado en Mexico. Mientras que el programa internacional lleva los dos el diploma Estadounidense y el Mexicano.
